Steve Bell sings
When your heart is in despair, He will know...
When you feel beyond repair, He will know...He will Know

When your night is filled with fear, He is near...
When your day is filled with tears, He will hear....He will hear
Thinking of you and upholding you in our prayers, during this transition to a new normal.

Hi guys! You are in our prayers - as ever! The other night I was reading in Mark 4, and it talked about the friends that carried their disabled friend to see Jesus, went to the trouble of climbing on the roof, cut a hole through the roof and lowered their friend down in front of Jesus to be healed. God gave me the picture that this is for all of us who struggle with illness, our friends carry us in their prayers and lay us down at the feet of Jesus to be healed. That is where you are Loren, at the feet of Jesus, and He is looking down compassionately on you. Rejoice in each day and the gift that God has given you to live for Him today. I know it must be hard to be in the rejoicing spirit when life seems so unfair. But God has a plan in all this and He will reveal it to you one day. Love you guys and wish we could spend some time with you but know that you are incredibly busy as the days count down to May 15th! Hope everything goes well with all the preparations.

A glad morning, touched with green, embraced by sun; worthy of complete gratitude.
What tempest lies beyond my limited vision, I know not, but my experienced bones speak of chilled and wet unpleasantness.
Hope lies in that the stormy rains, unexpected snow, or cold late frost brings forth more cheer as life bursts forth in response.
Oh death, where is thy sting?

Just wanted to let you know that you are in my prayers every night. You do not walk this journey alone. On Easter Sunday our pastor talked a lot about Jesus' love for us and read to us from Revelations 4 and 5 where it talks about the bowls that are full of our prayers that are before the throne of God. The bowl is full for you! God is over ALL - He is sitting on the throne and He is in control, as much as we question "why". God will give the strength for each day and will provide for your needs and I hope that you are overwhelmed with support from the fundraisers being given on your behalf. We're looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!

I too am blessed by your words, and we as neighbours lift your whole family up in prayer many times throughout our day. Thank you for reminding me of the song "Count Your Many Blessings"!

We are praying for you daily. Thank you for lifting us up with your wonderful blog. You are blessing us with your words! Your daughter has "carpentry" blood in her veins. What a beautiful room she created!

ZUMBA
Zumba is a dance fitness program. The program combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun.

I watch my friend out of the corner of my eye. This is her first time doing a Zumba class. She is doing it to exercise, relieve stress, change her focus --if even just for an hour, and to do something for herself.
I see that she is doing pretty good – and I am proud of my friend.

I have been watching my friend do another dance.
This dance is not much fun and it exercises differently.
The Grief Dance.
She has some familiarity with the steps, yet, she is learning as she goes.
She is doing pretty good – and I am proud of my friend.

I just wanted to let you both know that you are in my prayers everyday. Our church family walks beside you in this time of many mixed emotions. I will continue to pray for a Miracle for health and healing! Always remember that the Father doesn't leave us in times of sorrow, He picks us up and carries us into the Light. All my love and strength to you and your family!

Hi Loren and Felica, It's been a very long time since we've had contact. However, when I heard the news it hit hard. I don't know why these things seem to hit closer and closer to home. I'm praying for you and your family and marvel at the words and strength you seem to have in all of this. It is very apparent you have close friends and family who are supporting you thru this. Please let me know how we can be of help. I'm in touch with Beckie (?) as well to help when we can. Please take care and may God continue to wrap his arms around you and your family.
